Mike Wazowski in Mario Kart Wii
A downloadable mod
This mod replaces Yoshi with Mike Wazowski from Monsters Inc. in Mario Kart Wii, using his own model from the Monsters Inc. PS2 game. Has driver and award model. No icons atm.

Install instructions
If using CTGP-R or Riivolution, put the files inside "kart" in the my-stuff folder (if using CTGP-R) or mkw (if using Riivolution). For the driver model you'll need BrawlCrate and replace "ys" (in the Driver.szs file) with the modded file in "driver" folder of the mod. Same with the award file, but on the Award.szs file.
NOTE: Award file doesn't work on CTGP-R iicr.
